Allergy Protocol

Our kitchens process all major allergens. Due to supply chain constraints, we are also receiving substitutions from our vendors without notice. If you have a food allergy, please connect with your school nurse.

  1.  All students with life threatening food allergies should have the "Statement of Allergic Conditions and Health Care Provider's Orders for Allergic Reaction" forms filled out by their provider. Please return this form to the district nurse.

  2. Please see Allergy/ Special Meals information on the district site for any student with food allergies who require a SEPARATE MEAL different than was offered.
     
  3. Our goal in nutrition services is to connect with every student who needs a separate meal, letting families know the risks involved. 
     
  4. Secretaries, please share with counselors, other secretaries, and those who may receive allergy questions.
